My first crack at Santorini. Who would have thought… I’d be at this highly-coveted island in the Greek Isles for the 2010 Holidays. I was so excited, We were excited! Me, Abde and Mariano were finally on a ship sailing to Port of Fira, the port of Santorini. None of us has ever been to Greece which was our second option for our Holiday break after Istanbul, Turkey. Back in the University (Universität Leipzig), a few of our friends thought otherwise (2 of them cancelled their flights), but we prevailed–against the odds. our flights cancelled-rebooked-and-delayed. Now, we’re living to tell the tale.
