CWC 2006

.
When I first came to CWC, I remember looking at the Reception Hall and its Restaurant walls–they were and still decorated with 20″x30″ signed photographs of world-ranked wakeboarders shot by world-famous photographers. I always thought it looked so nice. It looked sharp and crisp, the kind that you see in a wakeboarding magazine. I told myself I wasn’t going to take the same photograph like theirs. I wanted to photograph wakeboarders in action from a different angle. I didn’t want to take photographs from 50-100m away. I wanted to get closer to the action and feel their intensity.
